Game of Ur

Play the game with its ancient rules, but on new boards.

• with two to four local co-op.
• supports controllers.

This is a more general version of the Game of Ur, more than 4700 years old, where two players fight on a shared path.

Enjoy the time travel!

== rules ==

• throw the dice to determine your possible moves.
• choose to move or pass turn, if you have to.
• if you move onto a  triangle ▲
  • lucky you! throw the dice again -- make another move.
• if you move onto a heart ♥
  • lucky you again! you are safe here and on top you can make another move!
• race all your pieces from the start to the finish, before the others

== note ==

Some boards can be played with 4 players, others -- like the traditional game boards -- only with 2 players.

Some of the boards are recreations of thousands of years old graffitis of this game, others are entirely new designs.

== controls ==

• space or xbox A: universal input.
• left/right or xbox LB/RB: select next or previous.
• page up/down or xbox stick buttons: next or previous board.
• M or xbox menu: mute music.
• I or xbox back: hide player paths.
• H or xbox start: show about page.
• < and > or xbox triggers: change zoom level.

optionally on keyboard you can use:

• enter: confirm selection.
• R: roll the dice.
• backspace: pass turn.

or use the on-screen buttons.
